What is the difference between other IXPs?
The biggest difference is that we're a community run Internet Exchange, we do not plan to compete with any other exchanges, this is a free service we provide our customers.
Can I peer with Xentain Solutions?
Yes! We peer with the route servers so you can peer with us through them. If you need to peer with us directly, please contact us and we'll be happy to peer with you!
What if I get I need a 10 Gbps port?
We only assign 10 Gbps ports to customers who need them. If you need a 10 Gbps port, please contact us and we'll be happy to assign you one at no extra cost!
Should I be worried about any major downtime?
The short answer is no. We have a 99.9% uptime guarentee on all of our services. Any and all planned maintenance/downtime will be announced atlest 1 week prior to the actual date, and planned downtime rarely occur. Any unexpected downtime will be assessed and corrected as soon as possible and we may offer compensation depending on the case.
